I am currently travelling around Australia and I have packed my sewing machines and knitting needles. My Granny taught me how to knit and I have always loved baking - put one and two together and I give you Creations By Miss Flower.

I have always been a creative person. Back in 2020 when COVID struck was when I dived back into Knitting and begun sewing.
My first knitting project was a queen size bed blanket! (I like a challenge). I also started making scarfs and shawls for family and friends. It wasn't until 2024 when I pushed myself further and learn how to make bea
I have always been a creative person. Back in 2020 when COVID struck was when I dived back into Knitting and begun sewing.
My first knitting project was a queen size bed blanket! (I like a challenge). I also started making scarfs and shawls for family and friends. It wasn't until 2024 when I pushed myself further and learn how to make beanies.
My first dewing project was actually dresses! I made 3 dresses which was then I realised I needed an over locker too. I began experimenting and made some pants, a blazer and even sewing canvas sides for my partners ute canopy.

Far North Queensland born an bred my partner and I made the decision in August 2024 to work and travel around Australia. I had to make sure there was a cupboard in the caravan big enough to store my sewing machines and knitting needles.
We are currently in Western Australia from September 2024 - December 2025

Jessie Eva Flower (Granny)
Lived in Western Australia
Granny always loved to knit. When her and grandad would come over to Queensland to visit us she would always bring her needle and would re-teach my sister and I how to knit. I hope one day to be as talented as she was with her craft.

Sadly Jessie passed away 3rd April 2025 (92 years old)
Marion Lawson (Gran)
Lived in Victoria
Gran used to come visit us in Queensland but only during winter school holidays! The tropics of Cairns was too hot for her at Christmas time. When I told my mother that I had started sewing retro aprons she sent me the poem Gran wrote years ago.
Sadly Marion passed away June 2022.
